Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Confirmation Mission project this year! Thanks to the hard work of the Confirmation class and the generosity of our congregation, we were able to deliver wonderful meals to on shift ICU teams at our local hospital fighting the current pandemic and give a generous monetary gift to the place2be at the Rock Island YWCA, helping displaced, homeless and at-risk youth in our community. Way to go Confirmands!!

Hello, FCC Family! The confirmation class needs your help with our mission project! We want to help teens without a home during this pandemic, through the Place2Be by supplying non perishable foods and some face masks for them! We also want to show our appreciation for healthcare workers with a meal and thank you cards to thank them for their hard work during this difficult time! But that’s where you come in, we need your help raising funds and obtaining face masks! With your help we can make this rough time better for these people!

• Face Masks: if you have unused face masks you would like to donate, please place in zip loc bag, label “Confirmation Mission Project,” and put in the milk crate outside the north door.
• Thank you cards:  if you have thank you cares for Health Care workers, please place in zip loc bag, label “Confirmation Mission Project,” and place in the milk crate outside the north door.
• Monetary Donations: Use this link for online giving OR send a check to the church office and indicate “Confirmation Mission Project” in the memo line.
