June Announcement: Phase 5!

Greetings FCC Friends!

With Governor Pritzker’s announcement of moving Illinois into Phase 5 on June 11th, we will now be able to fully open our building with no capacity limits.  Additionally, masks will only be required for those not vaccinated.  We still encourage social distancing when possible.  This is such wonderful news and something we all have been eagerly awaiting!

Now that things getting “back to normal” and our building is becoming available for various functions, your Church Council is interested in forming an ad hoc committee to look at ways we can better utilize our building.  For example, we could invite organizations to use our large dining room for their meetings or perhaps team up with an outdoor wedding venue to serve as a rain location for weddings….there are a ton of possibilities!  If you know of a church member who could bring knowledge and expertise to this ad hoc committee, please nominate that individual by adding their name to this form.

Thank you all for your patience and support as we have navigated through these challenging 15 months.  Things are looking up and I’m excited for what is to come!

Sincerely,
Audra Bailey
